This is a very simple meditation for protection, which can be used anywhere at anytime.

 

 

Just ask your guides to help with this meditation

 

Close your eyes and take 4 deep breaths and relax your body,

see the air that you are breathing as a white light, take this

white light down deep within your body so that it goes in to every

cell within your body, relax as you are breathing.

Now I want you to see yourself completely surrounded in

a bubble of light, the image you should have is as if you are

sitting inside a very large balloon.

 

This can be used on anyone or anything that you feel needs protection, you just have to see the person or the object that needs protection instead of it being yourself within the bubble.
